The Resort owners have just made it known that the River Course will be opening for play in mid May 2011, weather permitting.
It’s presumptious of me, a non golfer, to comment but to an untutored eye the course is looking amazing for this time of the year. Hopefully the early start promises a long and enjoyable season for all.
Green fees for 2011 will be only marginally higher than the those applying during the 2010 season at $80 for 18 holes including HST and cart rental. The rate for 9 holes is $50 which also includes HST and cart rental.

The River Course at Humber Valley Resort is one of the best courses that you will play anywhere in the world, one you could never get tired of and also never get the better off. We found the course to be in fantastic condition with some of the best views you could possibly ask for while enjoying a round of golf.
With Gary Oak and his team running the golf shop and course they were found to be very friendly and approachable, and it was not a problem to bring the kids to play with Gary actually encouraging it.
