The news we have all been waiting for was announced by the Government on Thursday. The summer recreational cod fishery opens on July 25th and runs until August 14th. The fall fishery opens on Sept 25th and closes on Oct 3rd. Bag limits remain the same as previous years – 5 fish per person per day with a maximum of 15 fish per boat.
We still have limited availability during these time periods.
